Located in the heart of Kansas City’s Crossroads, it naturally transitions into a wedding venue where celebrations unfold among inspiring artwork. As a result, every detail is thoughtfully considered, with a dedicated team focused on delivering a smooth, beautiful, and memorable experience from start to finish.

Your rental package includes use of our high top tables (8), banquet table (25) and folding chairs (200) as well as all soft furnishings.

Rental Rates

All standard rentals include five hours of event time. Additional hours can be added upon request.
If you plan to host your wedding ceremony at Cézanne in addition to your reception, a ceremony setup fee of $700 applies. 20% off-season discount in January and February

As a full-service wedding venue, Cézanne offers three bar packages outlined below. We are happy to work with you to create a custom package, priced upon request. Prices listed are per guest, ages 21 and older. There is a $10 charge for each minor ages 11 to 20. Children under 10 are free.

Signature cocktail brunch

SIGNATURE COCKTAIL

All our signature cocktails are made with fresh ingredients and housemade syrup. All drinks are made without the help of pre-made “mixes” and shaken on demand. Cost of a signature cocktails varies depending on the complexity of the drink. ($3-$6 per guest)

Coffee station with cups

COFFEE & TEA STATION

Coffee, tea, and lemonade service is available for $3 per guest. Many caterers include coffee and tea in their packages, so we recommend double-checking with your food caterer before adding this option.

Two farm tables are available for rental (and make a stunning head table) $85/EACH

Photobooth

PHOTOBOOTH

Capture your day with the Cézanne photo booth. When you book the photo booth, you’ll receive all printed and digital images, plus a scrapbook. Photo Booth prints out two copies of the photo, one for your guest to take home and one for the scrapbook.

High top table event weddings with flowers

LINENS

Clients hosting their event at our wedding venue can rent table linens through our partnership with Cézanne, with standard options in black, white, and ivory. We also offer a wide selection of dinner napkins to add a personal touch. All linens are delivered directly to the wedding venue for your convenience. If you are using Brancato’s as your caterer, linens are included.

COORDINATION & HELP SERVICES

Standard day-of coordination services at our wedding venue include vendor coordination and management, on-site supervision, linen setup, and execution of key details such as cake and gift tables, centerpieces, and more.
